Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas & Cost

• Kuliyapitiya (local delivery): Free delivery on orders within Kuliyapitiya town and its immediate surrounding areas.
• Island-wide delivery: We deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka. Delivery cost depends on your location, order size/weight, and materials ordered (e.g. bulky items like cement, tiles, or pipes cost more to move than small hardware). We confirm the exact delivery cost with you on WhatsApp or by phone before dispatching your order.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Kuliyapitiya & nearby areas: Typically same-day or next-day, depending on order size and when it's placed.
• Island-wide: Timing depends on distance and the courier/transport used for your area — we'll give you an estimated timeframe when we confirm your order.
• Large or bulk building-material orders (e.g. full house-build quantities) are scheduled directly with you, since these usually need a dedicated delivery vehicle.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, road conditions, or courier delays outside our control. We'll keep you updated if anything changes.

3. How Delivery Works

1. Place your order through the Shop, a Quotation, or by contacting us directly.
2. We confirm item availability, delivery cost (for island-wide orders), and expected delivery time with you on WhatsApp or by phone.
3. Once confirmed, we dispatch your order by our own delivery vehicle (local) or courier/transport partner (island-wide).
4. You can also choose in-store pickup at 34 Madampe Road, Kuliyapitiya at no extra cost — just let us know when you're on your way.

4. Payment on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available for most areas — you pay the delivery driver when your order arrives. You can also pay in advance via PayHere or bank transfer.

5. Receiving Your Order

Please check the items against your order when they arrive, before the driver leaves. If anything is missing, wrong, or damaged, let us know straight away — see our Return & Refund Policy for what to do next.

6. Store Hours

Our store at 34 Madampe Road, Kuliyapitiya is open every day. Call ahead on 037 228 1428 to confirm stock or timing before you visit, especially for large orders.
